Home » Coach's Corner: Culture in Your Restoration Company | Episode 6
When someone in your community, an adjuster, or even someone in the restoration industry thinks about your company, what comes to mind? Is it ethics? Educated? Caring? Giving? Or what about selfish? Poor customer service? Rude?
Art says if you don't decide what your company's culture is, the company will decide for you, and that may not be pretty. Dan says building a culture is all about building people up, and molding your company into what you want it to be.
