Home » NY Congressman urges EPA, FEMA to stay active during Sandy cleanup
Congressman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), who represents Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan – two communities hard hit by Hurricane Sandy – is urging the EPA and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to make sure people assisting with the Hurricane Sandy cleanup stay safe.
Nadler’s concerns are based on the inadequate control and environmental hazards following 9/11.
