Steamatic, Inc., specializing in restoration and cleaning services, is excited to announce two new franchises. Steamatic of Cuyahoga Valley will service an area including Northfield and Sagamore Hills in Ohio. Steamatic of Northern Utah, will service Webber and Davis counties.

Adam Koziatek, owner of Steamatic of Cuyahoga Valley, is a seasoned business manager and owned Koziatek Construction in the Cleveland area for the past eight years. His existing construction services will complement his new range of Steamatic restoration and cleaning services. Koziatek looked at multiple restoration companies when setting out on this new path, but ultimately selected Steamatic as the best opportunity and the one that most closely matched his needs.

“The difference between Steamatic and other restoration franchises is that the individual Steamatic locations support each other rather than competing with each other. I also appreciate that Steamatic offers larger territories than many other companies,” said Koziatek.

Glenn Williams, owner of Steamatic of Northern Utah, is also a seasoned veteran of the restoration industry, having owned Certified Disaster for over 30 years. He decided aligning his business with the Steamatic brand would allow him to move to the next level of disaster mitigation. He will continue to offer reconstruction services under the Certified Disaster brand.

Williams looked at multiple restoration companies when setting out on this new path, but ultimately selected Steamatic as the best opportunity and the one that most closely matched his needs.

“After 33 years in this business, I’ve seen many of the franchise systems within the industry who have locations competing against each other. Steamatic seems more like a family that supports each other,” said Williams. “I also feel that the Steamatic name and brand will help me market to the insurance industry.”

Both new franchisees attended Steamatic training courses ahead of opening their franchises.
