Spex launches enterprise edition of property inspection platform

Spex has released an enterprise version of its SaaS-based property inspection platform for insurance and construction professionals, which combines a tablet-based inspection app with a web-based dashboard for user management, inspection filtering and analytics.

The Spex Enterprise version consists of a Field App, Dashboard and Spex Report. The Field App is an easy-to-use tool for conducting inspections. It includes features such as photo annotations, field sketching, video and audio entries, aerial photos and real-time collaboration access to the Dashboard. The Dashboard is an administrative tool for managing platform users, inspections and reviewing analytics from the field. The Spex Report is a summary of the inspection notes and is accessible via the Dashboard or an exportable document.
