He will be working with Steve Boyce, DKI VP of Operations, to continue to bring value to franchises through education opportunities.

“Ken is a respected educator with a deep knowledge of our industry and we are excited that Ken is returning to DKI” said Boyce.

Larsen has been in the restoration industry since 1978. For 20 years, Ken has operated his own successful restoration business, which was sold in 1998. Approved as an instructor in the IICRC’s WRT, ASD and CDS courses, as well as the RIA’s Certified Restorer (CR) program, Ken has assisted hundreds of restorers in their understanding of the restoration sciences.

Published in many industry trade journals and author of the popular book, Leadership in Restorative Drying, Larsen is a recognized name within the industry. Having managed restoration projects from small residential to large multi-million dollar drying projects, Ken will surely be an asset to the team’s ability to relate to the world of the DKI franchisee.
