The Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) has launched an ambitious new program to educate medical doctors and their patients about potential allergy and asthma triggers found indoors. The focal point of the program is a professionally illustrated poster featuring a cutout of an urban, multi-unit housing facility. Within the illustration several potential IAQ problems are identified with numbers. At the bottom of the poster, headings give details about common asthma and allergy triggers corresponding to the numbered items.

“IAQA is distributing these posters to thousands of allergists, immunologists and pediatricians across the country,” said Carl Grimes, IAQA vice president and marketing committee chairman.

If you would like to obtain an IAQA poster for your office – or to deliver to local medical doctors – contact the IAQA at (301) 231-8388, ext 18 or info@iaqa.org.
